Abstract

Abstract: 
La thymoquinone est un composé phytochimique efficace dans le traitement de diverses maladies. Cependant, son administration pratique a été limitée en raison de sa faible solubilité ce qui rend sa  biodisponibilité limitée. Dans ce travail, nous allons développer théoriquement un  complexe d'inclusion de thymoquinone et l'hydroxypropyl-β-cyclodextrine.

الثيموكينون هو مادة كيميائية نباتية فعالة في علاج الأمراض المختلفة. ومع ذلك ، فإن إدارتها العملية كانت محدودة بسبب انخفاض قابليتها للذوبان مما يجعل توافرها البيولوجي محدودًا. في هذا العمل ، سنطور نظريًا مركب تضمين من ثيموكينون وهيدروكسي بروبيل-بيتا-سيكلودكسترين.
